How Acupuncture Helps
Many women use acupuncture as gentle, supportive care through the natural rhythms and transitions of life. We take time to understand your history, your cycle, and your goals, and design a calm, personalized plan around them. Our care is complementary — it works alongside your OB-GYN or physician, never in place of the medical care you rely on. We'll always encourage you to keep your doctor in the loop.

Experienced, compassionate, and dedicated to your health and healing.

Your Journey With Us
We make your healing journey simple, comfortable, and personalized every step of the way.
We begin with a relaxed conversation about your health history, concerns, and goals. We listen first—so we can understand you fully.
Using traditional methods such as pulse and tongue observation, we identify the root cause and map your unique pattern. Your care is tailored to you.
We're with you every step of the way. Our goal is not just to relieve symptoms, but to help you feel your best—naturally and sustainably.
Evidence-Based Care

We create a plan just for you—highlighting the recommended therapies, visit frequency, and what each step is designed to achieve.
You relax in a calm, comfortable space while we support your healing. We check in at each visit and adjust the plan as your body responds.
This research describes acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in general and is not a promise of specific results. Acupuncture is intended to complement — not replace — care from your physician.
Answers to common questions about your care and what to expect.
We commonly support comfort through menstrual and hormonal changes, PMS and cramps, and the transition through perimenopause and menopause. We discuss your goals at the first visit and whether our care fits them.
It's generally used as a complement to your medical care rather than a replacement. Please keep your physician informed, and tell us about any diagnosis or medication so we can work alongside them.
When performed by a licensed acupuncturist trained in prenatal care, acupuncture is widely used for pregnancy wellness. We tailor each session to your stage of pregnancy and keep your OB informed.
For cycle-related concerns a regular rhythm often works best at first, and many patients space visits out over time. We set a starting plan together and adjust as you respond.
