Your Journey With Us
We make your healing journey simple, comfortable, and personalized every step of the way.
We begin with a relaxed conversation about your health history, concerns, and goals. We listen first—so we can understand you fully.
Using traditional methods such as pulse and tongue observation, we identify the root cause and map your unique pattern. Your care is tailored to you.
We're with you every step of the way. Our goal is not just to relieve symptoms, but to help you feel your best—naturally and sustainably.
Evidence-Based Care
The U.S. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (part of the National Institutes of Health) reviews what current research does and does not show about acupuncture across a range of conditions.

We create a plan just for you—highlighting the recommended therapies, visit frequency, and what each step is designed to achieve.
You relax in a calm, comfortable space while we support your healing. We check in at each visit and adjust the plan as your body responds.
This research describes acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in general and is not a promise of specific results. Acupuncture is intended to complement — not replace — care from your physician.
Answers to common questions about your care and what to expect.
Most people find it far more comfortable than they expect. The needles are very thin — much finer than those used for injections — and many patients relax deeply or fall asleep during a session.
Yes. We use pre-sterilized, single-use disposable needles that are discarded after every treatment. Your practitioner is a licensed acupuncturist.
We begin with an unhurried conversation about your health history and goals, then a traditional assessment. Treatment follows in a calm, private room, and we explain what we're doing as we go.
Eat something light beforehand, wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring a list of your medications and supplements. Give yourself a few unrushed minutes afterward if you can.
